愛知県のキムラ漬物(株)で沢庵製造、浅漬製造を学び、30歳を目前にキムラ漬物宮崎工業(株)のある宮崎県へ移住。
宮崎県の天日干し大根とにっぽんの漬物文化をPRしながら漬物伝道師を目指し活動中。
