Hey y’all!! I’m Kimtrese! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, author, speaker, and educator. I’m the CEO of Hummingbird Counseling Services For Women. (Www.hummingbirdforwomen.com).

I believe women are the cornerstone of the world and when women are not well the world we live in will remain wounded and disadvantaged.

I’m a woman of faith who fosters women transformation. I have chosen to use my past traumas to help women heal, emerge, and deploy.

I create safe spaces and resources such as workshops, classes, and keynote speeches to help women become who God created them to be. These resources also help women realize that they have a responsibility to pass the baton by sharing the very tools that have helped them win their toughest wars.

I love to create, read, dance, and listen to 90’s rap. 😎 I am hilarious and quick with the comebacks. 👀
