Media director, producer, editor
GRAMMY Executive Board member
Clients- Sony Legacy, Eagle Rock, Turner Network, VH1...
Kim's lived in Los Angeles, London, New Orleans and Memphis often supervising & producing music TV and DVD recordings and interviewing popular music legends for documentaries.
Moving to London in 1997, she started raising two daughters who are mastering their crafts as bad ass activists, artists, and filmmakers. All the while she produced content for an A-list artist roster: Keith Richards, Bonnie Raitt, Warren Haynes, Elvis Costello, The Pixies, Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, The Meters, Eddie Floyd, Jim Dickinson & sons, William Bell...
She moved to Memphis and began serving on the GRAMMY board (aka, The Recording Academy, Memphis Chapter) for nine years advocating for artist rights; and line produced advertising content with Modern Production Concepts.
Then in 2012, she jumped ship in order to do her own thing. She retaught herself how to shoot, edit and create content. She edited her first feature documentary in 2016 and has continued editing and creating content for both commercial and independent screenings. Her work has been featured in festival competitions, museum screenings, Memphis Music Hall of Fame tributes, Stax Academy performances, Sony Legacy box sets and many music videos & music history documentaries, including 2020’s film “Up From the Streets” which has been submitted for a GRAMMY nomination.
She's an advocate for nonprofits focusing on community engagement, education and the creative arts. Plus she's a major gear head. Her mantra always will be, "It's never too late."
