Storyteller, lifelong learner, change agent, advocate. Interested in all things arts (theatre/ film/ literature/ all kinds of music from hip hop to jazz to alternative to pop to classical and opera/ dance/ puppetry/ visual arts), politics, community building, traveling, humanity, listening, science, facts, and substance. Love design, architecture, and fashion. Foodie (but not snobbish about it). Karaoke, swimming, being in nature, traveling, dogs, animals, new experiences, and spending time with friends make me happy.

I’m a hype man for my friends and colleagues, very outgoing, and can pitch and work a room like a boss, so everyone thinks I’m an extrovert, but I’m not. I need to recharge in a quiet space after a lot of sensory stimulation.

I’ve worked in NY theatre throughout my life. I’ve been an actor, teaching artist, arts program manager, nonprofit arts programs director, Artistic & Managing Director of an Off-Broadway theatre, a producer, general manager, dramaturg, founded theatre companies and festivals, and taught theatre/ acting from ages 4- 84 and at university, served on boards, panels, and reading committees of various theatre nonprofits, and guest lectured at numerous places from Juilliard to BroadwayCon.
