"Happiness Ninja" is how I would like to call myself. I do all it takes to make customers happy. Right from onboarding them, guiding them to use the product, assisting them with their queries to liaising between the customer and the internal stakeholders, technical writing, webinars, product demos and videos. Uff!! Guess, I haven't missed out on anything. It has been a terrific 10 years of journey donning different hats to make the customers' life easier.

A budding YouTuber and Blogger. YOLO (You Only Live Once), so it is absolutely necessary to try out different things. Hence, I decided to try my hands on not just YouTube or Blogs but with a lot of other stuff like Photography, Biking, Resume Writing, Singing, Cricket, TT, Badminton etc.

AMBITION: I need to become the most renowned, highly influential, knowledgable and rich person who does anything it takes to keep his family safe and happy.

DISCLAIMER: Don't worry, I am not going to become a "meth" head like Walter White :P (You will get it if you had watched Breaking Bad)

Ah! Binge-watching TV series is one of my biggest asset :) :)
