Professional:
I am coach focused on leadership and adult development. I work primarily w a leadership team that is in the advanced manufacturing and battery technology space. I also work with individuals outside the corporate space w deeper focus on belief systems, small ‘t’ trauma, emotional processing and awareness etc.

Current professional learning edges and focus is on adult development (and a few others). I’ve done some trainings w Kegan and Lahey’s Minds At Work, and currently studying w Jennifer Garvey Berger and team at Growth Edge Coaching.

Personal:
I am located in Encinitas, CA. I grew up mostly in NY state (White Plains) and spend a lot of time around the NYC area (or will beginning to again). I enjoy meditation, Breathwork, beach volleyball, surfing, snowboarding, recently playing dominoes, hiking, ‘healthier’ eating, singing/music/guitar/djembe, permaculture, travel, nature, trees and creating a balanced, flexible and purpose filled experience.
