​​My relevant experience besides running an agency?
​​
​​I was a ​🧱​bricks and mortar​🧱​ retailer. I operated with 15 staff and $800k in standing inventory. Trust me, I understand your pain points intimately.
​​I worked for the company that built the Shopify theme marketplace. I guided the group to build up a shopify expert division and they are now one of the largest Shopify Plus agencies working on the platform.
​​As a parallel entrepreneur … I have joggled multiple businesses in different stages of build/growth. Occasionally even successfully ;)
