Sustainability, health, eliminating food waste is the future of food. There are currently 7.7 billion people on Earth. Scientist project in 2050 the population will increase to over 9 billion humans on our little planet. Food evolution is inevitable and time to start taking care of our bodies and planet.
About me: my first job at 14 years old, I was a short order cook. Since I was so young they were only allowed to pay me with tips. Unbeknownst to me the job catapulted me into a life long love for food. I have a deep appreciation, admiration, and respect for all the energy and time that goes into our food supply, to ensure the public can eat. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and currently in my senior year to obtain my bachelors in Food Science. I work for a company who is dedicated to protecting consumers health throughout the world, by delivering a wide range of test and consultancy services to the food and nutrition industries. My passion is to decrease food related Illness, by offering a selection of realistic serving sizes. Decreasing the demand for food production to reduce food waste that contaminates our soil and water.
