‏🔸I have graduated in Civil and Software Engineering and have 15 years of experience as a Planning Engineer and Project Controls Manager in E&P Companies along with EPC and General Contractors both onshore and offshore projects, I also held a master's degree in MBA.

‏🔸I possess an effective interaction with members of multi-discipline project teams including Subsurface & Reservoir Studies, Front End Loading Engineering, Execution (Detail Engineering, Supply Chain & Procurement, Fabrication & Construction, Hook-Up & Commissioning, and Drilling), and Operation & Maintenance teams along with project Contractors, Vendors, and Consultants. I also have good interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills to lead multicultural teams including Planning Engineers, Cost Controllers, Document Controllers, and Risk Engineers.

‏🔸I am familiar with the various aspects of project controls and project management and expert in the use of planning and project control techniques such as Critical Path Analysis (CPA), Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Trend Analysis and Forecasting, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA).
