CEO and Principal Designer, KennyKAS is the creative source and director for KennyKas Custom.
“KAS” is a self-taught designer. Most recently, Kas had the opportunity to showcase his award-winning designs to thousands of fashion enthusiasts at the world renowned New York Fashion Week, Seoul Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week. He holds the distinction of being the first African American male couture designer to sell his collection at Saks Fifth Avenue. He moved briefly to London, England and later to Milan, Italy where he studied under the world-renowned Fashion Designer, Yves Saint Laurent. His also ghost-design for several major fashion houses such Signature Boutique, Why Not Boutique, YSL, Escada, Max Azria Atelier, Burrberry and Zara. Kas, has dressed countless celebrities such as Rihanna, Trey Songz, Keisha Cole, Alicia Keys, Stokley of Mint Conditions, CeCe Winans, Toni Braxton, Traci Braxton, Morris Chestnut, Tina Knowles, Cookie Johnson, Holly Robinson-Peete, Jasmine Guy, TC Carson, Guy Lambert, Wisdom Martin of Fox 5 DC. He has done countless, music videos Lil Uzi Vert, Fat Joe & Cardi B and many many more. Kas has wardrobed many movies and stage plays such as; THE WIRE, BALLERS, Double Cross, Angerly Ever After, SECRETS and many more.
Kennykas is also a fashion correspondent for FOX 5 News and various networks. He is also guest teacher/speaker at various fashion institute.
