My name is Kelly Arthur and I am Realtor born and raised in a small town in NJ, called Scotch Plains, NJ. My grandparents settled here during the Great Depression and we never left since it’s such a wonderful town to raise a family and has a rich African American history.

I’m married to a great guy, Bruce (who I dragged out to Scotch Plains), and we have 2 very talented children, Chandler (27) an Illustrator living in Chicago and Bruce Jr. (25) a Grad student at NYU Film School.


Prior to my career in Real Estate, I spent over 27 years as a financial advisor working for several Fortune 500 companies, most recently Pfizer Pharmaceutical. I’ve always had a love for Real Estate and in 2015 I started to educate myself in Real Estate Investing and passive income. After that, there was no turning back.


People ask me what about Real Estate sparked the love I have and I tell them it was when I realized the power that Real Estate on creating Generational Wealth. I could see that I benefited from the legacy that my grandfather’s passed down to me. Both sets of grandparents bought property that I now own and will pass on to my 2 children. The Power of Legacy and the passing down of wealth to future generations had a great impact on me.


My love for Real Estate coupled with being an advisor for most of my career drew me into becoming a Realtor in addition to being a Real Estate Investor. I feel blessed to be able to help my clients achieve their goals. I represent them the way I would want someone representing me.


Working as a Realtor and investor has given me the opportunity to run my own business, which is something I always wanted for my self. It was a leap of faith but I believe that God would not have placed this in my spirit if it wasn’t meant for me. I put a lot into it and I don’t consider it work because I absolutely love what I do!
