After 30 years in primary education, latterly as a CEO of Trust and Lead of a cohort 1 Teaching School, I now deliver coaching and consultancy within education and beyond.
Holding a doctorate in leadership I use coaching as the key to helping people to help themselves improve their personal and professional life.
Particular interests include mindset and performance as well as delivering courses, writing blogs and tacking a research informed approach.
