I consult with business owners, sole proprietors, entrepreneurs and creatives in the entertainment, on-line training and related industries who face the challenges of growth that come with success.

I work with some of the most successful creatives in the world: Oscar, Emmy, Cleo & Addy award winners.

Work Background:
Currently Owner of McLaren Consulting ,Inc. since 1994.
Early Career: Supervisor inner-city playgrounds, OEO Camp Director-Boys Clubs of America, Manager-Job Corps Center, Ad Agency- owner, Advisory Board-Jubilee Sober Living Homes.
Creative Background: published in Harper’s, optioned a screenplay, wrote and produced stage play, published three children’s books plus a book of One act plays.
