30 year old Entrepreneur, born and raised in a small town in Ireland living now living and working in NY.
Construction based businesses, custom millwork and interior renovations.

Started our company in 2015 with zero clients and $10k in savings, we are 7 figure business since 2018 and still growing year on year. We took a big hit last year with COVID but we’re back stronger than ever.

My dreams and aspirations:
Create enough passive income so I can focus on helping others and create generational wealth.

I’m looking to create a long term multi family portfolio eventually buy, rehab and refinance.
Did our first 4 unit multifamily properly deal in 2018 for $73k pre condemed spent $160k Rehab current value $300k. (Zero finance)

Searching for my next deal but I want to go bigger 15+ units value add properties:
Buy / rehab / refinance.

Why I’m on Clubhouse:
I’m here to learn from others in various fields of entrepreneurship and connect with like minded people. Share my experiences and hopefully help people avoid making the same mistakes I did when starting a business and issues I faced along the way.

I want to do deals, build relationships and find ways to do business together or help people in general.

On a personal level I believe fitness / health plays a huge part on the ability to do the graft required to be an entrepreneur...nothing better than any form of exercise to clear the mind and recharge the batteries.
