All the way from Cincinnati, Ohio, bringing our people the most delicious, mouthwatering vegan and vegetarian recipes. I assist people in their transition to a healthier better version of themselves. I do this by choosing foods that fuel the body and keep our immune system on the strong 💪🏾 side. I also incorporate herbs and seamoss into the diet to sustain optimal health. Both can be used as a supplement or for maintenance.

I would love to connect with professionals in my interests such as; healthy eating, recipes, meditation, herbal healing, wellness, Pilates, safe cookware, safe food storage, eating clean, entrepreneurship, website building and maintenance.
