Philadelphia based concert, wedding and runway fashion photographer with 40 years experience and studio owner. I am also a published spoken word artist.

Spoken word artist, Winner of the Washington Post Nationwide Poetry Competition judged by Nikki Giovanni, as an educator, he has been cited in academic periodical “Betwixt, Between or Beyond” Vol 215 spoken word open mic venue host, advocate, mentor, educator and producer, concert photographer. k/d/morris has performed at the Harlem Book Fair, panelist on The Diaspora of Poetry and Its Connection to the African American Community at the University of Hawaii, worked with Umar Bin Hassin of the Last Poets (More Than I which appears on "Bar Codes" and is reprised on "Voices Inside Your Head") and others on his projects. Produced and recorded "North Philly's Finest" The Shyster ("The Final Call: Miss. Bettys' Son") and produced music for internationally known poet Taalam Acey (Sweet Remembersnce on his CD: "California Suite)"

📷 Philadelphia native, is a professional concert, runway fashion and event photographer as well as a spoken word artist, producer and both photography and poetry instructor at Temple University in the PASCEP Program with over thirty-five years of experience in both areas, he has references and the commitment to his crafts.

He has has been published in several media outlets including Signature Bride and Source Magazines and has photographed President Obama, Philly, New York and Atlantic City Fashion Weeks, EssenceFestivals, The Trumpet Awards in Atlanta with a three hour premier Fashion event to start the program, and countless quantities of concerts and fashion events.
