Bio

I am the Managing Director, Chief Trainer and Executive Business Coach of Perception Unlimited (www.perceptionunlimited.com). I am fluent in German, English and Spanish language and specialise in the fields of Communication, Negotiation Skills, Personal Profiling, Value Based Selling as well as Stress Management.

In 2020, I finally brought a big passion project of mine into the world when training healthcare professionals in Germany on how to form a powerful ally with their unconscious mind to promote personal health and well-being in times of stress and tension. In this course, I combined various techniques related to breathwork, New Code NLP, meditation and TRE, amongst others. And the positive change I got to witness firsthand was extraordinary!

From here on, the mission is clear: to keep sharing these wonderful tools and techniques I have been fortunate enough to discover early on in my life and to continue to help encourage health and well-being by virtue of improved communication with ourselves and our unconscious mind.
