Writer, ghostwriter, filmmaker, storyteller. We tell stories and make dreams reality.

Imagine having something so important to say that you were willing to be raw, vulnerable even, with someone you love. To need to share something so strongly that you cannot keep silent. That you're willing to risk everything just to make yourself heard, and better yet, understood.

This is an Awkward Conversation.

As a screenwriter and filmmaker, my goal in storytelling is to bring Awkward Conversations to the screen. My speciality? Intense drama softened with a touch of humor, telling important stories that entertain, and yes, maybe even make the viewer think a little upon leaving the theater or closing out the browser.

This isn't a task taken lightly, nor do I venture into these waters alone. Partnering with my husband, Dale Hansen, we make up the writing team of Written Virtuosity. His tactic is a little different, more comedy with shades of thrillers, making us a versatile duo. Together we've worked as writers (and yes, ghostwriters too) on a variety of projects for clients, doing everything from plot doctoring to working on assignment for various studios and individuals. Our track record is a proven one, with hundreds of projects put into print or production over the last five years and working in everything from the development of children's TV series on up.
