My career path is long and winding - from teacher to marketing to university lecturer to freelance copywriter. They’ve all taught me skills that I still use today in the career that I finally came to in my 40s.

I want to inspire others, younger and older, to have a positive ageing experience and I want to be a face and a voice for midlife women in the media and advertising.

I am looking to connect, collaborate and work with other like minded people and happy to be your guest in your rooms or podcasts.
