With coaching, we start with your mindset and get really clear on your goals for your international career so that you can ditch the fears, objectively evaluate your options and focus on strategizing for success.

Having lived in Japan since 2006 and with extensive experience in education and global HR I can balance sharing my wealth of knowledge about work norms and the job market in Japan while also asking you questions that raise your self-awareness of who you actually want to become.

I am also experienced in Japanese business culture and cross cultural communication concepts, and frequently incorporate these learnings in sessions with my clients where requested.

Through cross cultural life and career transition coaching, I endeavor to help you learn to “Know yourself, know them, and BE yourself.”
