Kathryn is a queer artist and coach supporting people to become more of themselves through releasing trauma, clearing conditioning, becoming more loving to themselves and others, embodying different energies, and aligning with truth.

Trained in emotional clearing and the feminine frequency formula, her work is focussed on healing through the body, unearthing patterns and blocks and using movement, breath, and sound to bring people into greater connection with all parts of themselves.

She creates potent artworks that use movement, imagery, poetry, and sound and transmit different feelings, frequencies, and concepts as they relate to healing and self expression.

Her business, Secure & In Love, currently serves two groups of people - those who are struggling with insecure attachment style and anxiety, and queer people of all kinds who want to overcome their blocks and become more clear in themselves and in their relationships with others.

She has a visceral appreciation for food, is happiest when dancing or with loved ones, and loves to be immersed in nature.
