1. Power lifting champion for the years 2012-2014 with the maximum weight of 320kgs

*2001 - 2005* : Started the Fitness journey with the practice at Siruvani gym and achieved university gold medal successively for 5 times.
*2013 - 2014* : Bagged gold medals at district, state and national level power lifting tournaments. Won the title “_*Strong man of Bharathiar University*_”.
*2015*: Founded Banyan Sports Academy
*2017 - 2018* :
In 2017, founded RK Fitness Village and from then on, stood by a number of achievers. During 2017 and 2018 RK Fitness Village’s Cricket Team won the Coimbatore District League and received the trophy from the Chief Minister.
In 2017, Sundara Pandi from RK Fitness Village was placed as Asia’s 1st for bodybuilding. At the district and state levels, around 30 trainees from RK fitness village achieved in bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletes and kids fitness.
In 2018, at District and state levels 30 trainees achieved in bodybuilding, 4 people won inter-university medals in powerlifting, 4 people achieved in cross fitness activities and Tamil Nadu level sub-inspector examination fitness test was cleared by 2 trainees.
*2019* : RK fitness village trainee John was the title winner at the inter College at contest for bodybuilding held at KCT And trainee Divakar won the intercollegiate contest for bodybuilding at Bharathiar University. In 2019, District and state level achievements were 30 numbers in bodybuilding and six numbers in power lifting. With your kids fitness training Akash won national medal in skating. Currently we are training 10 candidates for sub-inspector physical training and already two trinees have been selected as police SI.
