Bio

In 1994, I started my career with Kaiser Permanente as a nurse. I went on to obtain my real estate license in 2005 with Keller Williams. I still continue working with ReEBroker, an online service doing residential and commercial real estate including lease options.

In 2011 I decided to capitalize on my real estate knowledge by opening a construction company, Just Go Green, with the intention of utilizing the company to execute house flips. I was the only woman to get certified at USC for diversity certification in the construction field in Los Angeles at the time. JGG rehabbed 1-5 homes per month, 10 exterior yards per week, did property management repairs on over 200 homes, and the landscaping maintenance of about 200 homes per month. JGG also started working for commercial projects that included full remodel, rehabbing and build outs for all types of commercial buildings from restaurants to city buildings.

In 2014 I partnered with my best friend to open a 3D/4D Ultrasound studio where the focus was to provide elective 3D/ 4D ultrasounds, childbirth classes, and other pediatric and maternity educational services to the community.

I began investing in start-up companies. In 2014 and invested in a beverage company which was a start-up company that brewed beer catered toward women. I later became a partner and eventually became COO and Investor Relations Director and assisted in the growth of the company. As COO for a beverage company my role includes securing contracts with tier 1 companies for product placement, brand and product onboarding, company compliance, and ensuring the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place. I also manage relationships with partners and vendors to accomplish short and long-term operational goals, assists with company acquisitions.

As Investor Relations Director, I work with PCAOB certified auditors to complete the SEC required audit for S1 prospectus filing, reviews investor regulatory filings, educate investors tracks shareholder ownership, and responds to investor inquiries. I work on special projects including capital markets, corporate development, and has overseen the company’s series A and series B funding.
