Bio

The arc of my career started in real estate finance, followed by construction management, and development. Over the past 15 years, I have been involved in both commercial and residential new construction projects and extensive high-end renovations. I was involved in the planning and design of a 45,000 square foot film studio extension and historic renovation of a 225,000 square foot former Naval facility into a creative workspace and film school in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. I recently completed a 140 unit luxury condo project by renowned architecture firm OMA. My experience includes over $2.5 billion worth of real estate projects in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
