Having worked as a full-time jazz vocalist in New York City for many years she seamlessy flows with the hustle and bustle of the real estate business.

Once COVID-19 put a halt on the live performance industry, Karlea relocated to Atlanta, GA where she landed a position managing a top-producing 10-agent real estate team at COMPASS. Her duties included everything from CRM management and marketing to listing management and transaction coordination.

Her love of systems and flowing processes is what inspired her to then branch out and begin her own transaction coordinating business. Boasting a high C (conscientious) on the DISC personality test she is thorough and diligent about the checklists required to successfully take an agent and their client from the signing of the contract to the closing table.
