❤️Karla Ball is a 30-year veteran in real estate investment, of which she spent 17 years as a Managing Broker of a boutique brokerage company, Ball Realty.

She has guided countless clients through the ins and outs of buying, selling, investments, rentals, and relocations. Karla has built a solid reputation in the business through my strong commitment to honesty and integrity while always putting her client’s needs first.

Real Estate is in her blood. A family member owned a successful real estate company during my upbringing in Ohio. I passionately believe that your real estate journey shouldn’t be a chore. I will work side by side with you to simplify the process and provide the smoothest experience possible by offering stress-free, competent, and honest expertise every step of the way.

🎓After relocating to Chicago from Georgia, I earned a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree from DePaul University while building upon my significant expertise in Real Estate investing.

I volunteer my time to Habitat for Humanity’s efforts to help families build and improve places to call home. I am on the Auxiliary Board of the Black Ensemble Theater, a Volunteer on the Real Estate Ethics Citation Committee. I am a Sustaining Member of the Women’s Board of Misericordia.

I am a proud member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), Chicago Creative Investors Association (CCIA), and the North Shore-Barrington Associations of Realtors (NSBAR).

Karla is an avid ⛷️, hiker, art collector, and 🌍world traveler, having explored six of the world’s seven continents. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family at her vacation home in Colorado.🏠❄️🏔️
