Bio

Manifesting Peace, Hope, and Love. Every isolated, lost, wounded, and forgotten child and youth is the reason why I founded Be the Peace Be the Hope, a transformational social and emotional community educational program.
Be the Peace Be the Hope provides the fundamental pillars so that every child and youth can grow up with Peace, Hope, appreciation, support, and confidence in themselves and in the future.
It also invites, through the RISE Series, every teacher and parent to learn the life skills to RISE and thrive.
Be the Peace Be the Hope has currently impacted over 4,000 students in underserved public schools and in orphanages across the world. It received raving reviews from students (3rd through 12th grade), teachers, parents, and counselors; recorded up to 60% decrease in anxiety and depression, and allowed students to make their community a better place through numerous students-led projects. My work has been published in Higher Education Teaching and Learning and ArtHouston Magazine. I received the Rotary International Award for Excellence in Service to Humanity for my work in underserved schools, orphanages, and refugee camps.
