Bio

Karin is a leader in the luxury consumer space, specializing in business growth and relationship sales with a passion for disrupting antiquated industries.

Most recently, Karin held leadership roles at The RealReal (Nasdaq: REAL), the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, with more than 20 million members.

Prior to joining The RealReal in 2017, Karin worked at a San Francisco, venture-backed start-up focused on product development for CTOs. Karin started her career at Sotheby’s where she built a new department for best-in-class service.

Karin is a graduate of the University of Florida and received her Master’s of Business Administration from Yale's School of Management. Her industry expertise and innovations have been featured in publications, including The New Yorker and The Business of Fashion, podcasts and national conferences.

Currently, Karin is a VC in Residence with Pipeline Angels and consulting with start-ups.
