My company, Game Properties, Inc., is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in acquisitions, leasing and property management in South Florida. My sister and I, lease and manage our portfolio of single tenant and multi tenant retail properties.

As owner operators, we strive to build strong long term relationships:
• Some of our current tenants include McDonald’s, Wendy’s, AutoZone, Ross Dress for Less, Bank of America, Diamonds Direct, Jenny Craig, Mattress Firm, H&R Block, Pollo Tropical, Monro Muffler, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Rent-A-Wheel
• 70% of our tenants are local businesses
• 50% of our tenants have been tenants for 10 or more years and 40% for 15 years or more years
