Karen Pender, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is the Owner/Founder of Inspired Counseling, a Counseling, Coaching and Consulting Practice in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Her private practice provides services to clients 18 to 85, individual therapy, group therapy, couples and families. When functioning in the role of Coach KP, Karen is an accountability partner, confidence builder, and overall encourager. Karen is a Certified Life Coach with the Confidence Academy where she helps those that are stuck to "get unstuck, to walk with confidence and to command a room.
