I started in Track & Field with Wakefield Harriers and always have had the desire to keep fit.
🧘🏻‍♀️Practised Pilates for 20 years
🧘🏼‍♂️Im a qualified Yoga Teacher and practice every day.🙏
I hold classes at my dance studio at 2SkinUk every week but also teach all around the Yorkshire area.
Weekly at “ We are Wellness “ Leeds
and “ Yoga Hero” Leeds.

I’m very keen to maintain a healthy lifestyle and am very mindful to what I put into my body.
I follow mainly a Paleo/Non Flammatory diet, I quit eating sugar, Potatoes, pasta, Rice, biscuits, cakes ..... the list is endless although havnt quit the 🍸🥂🍹🍷🤣🤣
