~MY STORY~
I experienced childhood trauma when I was 5️⃣ years old. It was a short period of my life but the effects of it weaved its way through my world. 🌎 I had a fear that I wasn’t good enough, put my value in others, and tried for a level of perfection that didn’t exist. 🪞

It wasn’t until someone suggested that I do some inner child healing that I was able to truly heal from my past. 👧I now have complete gratitude for what happened as it brought me to where I am today. 🙏

I believe that everyone is caring around trauma brought on from past generations and ancestors. I also believe that until we are aware of it we will continue to pass on that trauma. We have the ability to end it, find our authentic voice, so that we can raise our children to know their individual voices. 🗣
