Bio

Have been in Executive Recruiting and search within the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device and innovation healthcare field over 20 years. I have worked with small, medium, large and extra large companies and start ups of less than 10, and with leadership roles from Research through the clinic, commercial and to the Board level.

Would like to do more partnering with VC companies to help them identify leadership talent and to build great teams/companies.

Although I am not a trained scientist or physician, I have been in the space for my entire career and am passionate about the ever growing and developing field and excited to see continued growth in immunology, infectious disease, neuro/CNS and in various innovative technologies like editing, CRISPR and everything yet to be shown!
