🌱As a growth mindset speaker & coach, my passion is teaching you how to pull yourself out of unhealthy cycles and manage your mindset so you can rewire your thought life.

👉🏽Why do I do this? Welp, at 29 years old I hit rock bottom. I suddenly became a widow when my husband died tragically, I lost my car, my house, and my job—all within a year. It was only when I discovered mental strength training that I was able to piece myself back together. Learning to build a healthy mindset completely changed my life and now I help others do the same.
