Helping the global impact ecosystem strengthen its collaborative capacity by empowering the transparent exchange of capital, skills, & knowledge. Our first product is Open Impact, a network where impact orgs, donors, & community members can come together to match the right projects with the right resources to maximize impact. By leveraging our collective intelligence through decentralized technology, currency design, social architecture, & behavioral economics, we believe that we can build a world where our community thriving is valued more than what we can extract from it.

A little about me:

With experiences that range from designing institutional grade financial services platforms to leading global organizations through complex rebrands, I am most interested in the intersections between design, emerging tech, economics, governance, compliance, & ethics. I’m most concerned about the compounding crises of our time, where we are called to work together to solve unprecedented challenges of climate & economic inequities, yet are driven further apart by the very technologies that are designed to help us work together. I spend much of my time using user experience & behavioral economics to ensure that emerging technologies—like blockchain & AI—are thoughtfully constructed for the greater good. A grassroots community organizer at heart, I have taught art therapy on Riker’s Island, amplified the initial press push behind Russian Punk band Pussy Riot, & am an active teacher & mentor with a deep belief in educational equity.
