A media professional who's especially interested in issues concerning mental health, the environment, India, political discourse, the media, film, the arts & culture - In all, I simply can't get enough of most subjects in the humanities and am a self-confessed nerd - Books, music and cinema are my haven 🙃

I consider myself an incurable idealist, empath and humanist who tries to look at the silver lining. I strongly believe that laughter is the best medicine and that happiest are those who can laugh at themselves :)

I also believe that everything happens for a reason and that being aware of them can often help in facing the curveballs life throws our way 🙃 I believe that we'd be more content and calmer if we spent more time outdoors 🌸🌳

Oh and yes, I forgot to mention, Mumbai is one of my first loves after books, my grandparents & the sea 🙃💙
