Adaobi is very resilient; a detailed , analytical and process driven professional. She is outstanding at mapping out business processes , identifying inefficiencies in existing processes, redesigning the processes and benchmarking to initial metrics for appropriate monitoring , growth and expansion.

She also loves to travel and visit businesses in other countries where she grows her acumen in negotiating new partnerships, re-work existing partnerships for more efficiency or generally to learn how they deliver better service to adopt it for the Nigerian and West African Market.

As a social entrepreneur, she is passionate about creating awareness for better waste management systems in Nigeria.
