I believe in Christ through the perspective of the Chaldean Syrian Church of the East 🙏 When the Arab raiders conquered Iraq and the surrounding areas, their leader, Abd al-Malik Caliph, asked Hnanisho, then the Patriarch of the Eastern Church, about Islam. Church Father Hnanisho said, "It is a religion established by the sword and not a faith confirmed by miracles, as the Christian faith and the old Law of Moses." Even today, the general position of the Eastern Churches about Islam is that of the Hnanisho Patriarch.
