Hi y’all, my name is Kaitie and I am the Creator of Sober Saturdayz, Club Sofa and Ladidadi Designs!

What started out as a personal journey into my own drinking habits quickly turned into an internationally known sober-curious/harm-reduction platform.

Not only do I import and export high end alcohol free products into Canada. I also am an advocate for Cannabis and Psychedelics in the Recovery world!

With the help of my background in Acupuncture, TCM, Reiki, Yoga etc. I have been able to develop a program that helps people with addiction, sobriety and mental health experiences with the use of psychedelics.

My goal is to promote sobriety through a new lens that focus’ on trauma healing with the aid of plant medicines.

I do this by holding alcohol-free events in Club Sofa, integrating alcohol-free products into communities and designing jewelry and art that shows people you are sober... not BORING!
