I've been a multi-genre professional violist for almost 30 years and teaching yoga for the past decade. I got to experience the healing power of music firsthand as a world class performer, but always longed for a way to deepen the connection with my audience on a more intimate, 1:1 level.

This is why I created a process of directed sound healing and wellness coaching called The VIOL∀ibrational Method. This highly effective mode of relaxation brings both of my passions together therapeutically to help you ditch whatever crap is holding you back (or making you sick) and find peace within.

The VIOL∀ibrational Method is helping clients transform their lives and find relief in ways they've never experienced. It’s my mission to show other musicians and the world that music isn't just for the stage. I teach musicians to take control of a dwindling livelihood (accelerated by COVID) and step into a new role as healers, while inspiring and reminding audiences tangibly WHY music is so important.
