📎Obsessive thoughts need mindfulness
📎Suicidal Thoughts are red flags or an indication that your brain is trying to tell you that something needs attention.
📎Why are we scared to embrace negative thoughts?
📎Do not be scared of suicidal thoughts as these are like a running nose trying to tell you, you have have a cold. They are symptoms of depression
📎Take care of negative thoughts before you start believing them. Psychotherapy takes care of that.
📎To make your frustrations seize and for you to understand people better, try and remove titles of “father”, “Mother” , “sister” etc. this will be beneficial as you minimize extreme expectations and selfpity and taking things personal.
📎When your in discomfort, don’t focus on the discomfort, rather feel yourself grow and expand in growth.
