Bio

Dr. Jane White is a Healthcare and Business entrepreneur. She co-founded Tennessee Entrepreneur Center Incorporated, in 2018 and established Jane White, MD Ministries, Incorporated, in July 2019. She is currently a healthcare grant reviewer for the federal government and serves on a portable medicine team.

She is an appointee to the Health Education Advisory Committee for Amerigroup of Tennessee and the Faith Based Community Advisory Panel for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. In addition, she serves as a mentor for Tennessee Promise.

Dr. White received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Edward Waters College and her Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida. She graduated from Washington University of Health and Science, in July 2015, earning her M.D. degree.

Dr. White’s past health related positions include: Medical Director, Vice President of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Director of Operation. She has also served on various committees including the Health Council for several counties in Tennessee: Williamson; Maury, Davidson; Montgomery; Hamilton; Knox and Shelby Counties; The American College of Health Care Administrators; and was the past chapter president of The Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Dr. White was a nominee for the American College of Healthcare Executives and a 2018 recipient of the WilliamsonBusiness.Com 100 Leading African Americans.

Dr. White has a passion for serving and has always committed to enhancing her community. She served as a PTO board member for Trinity Elementary and Fred J. Page High School. She is also a former soccer coach and referee at the Williamson County Soccer Association both travel and recreation.

Dr. White desires to see people understand and embrace Spiritual Wholeness. She is a member of Shorter Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, in Franklin, TN. She resides in Franklin, with her husband, Dr. Ray White. They are the parents of eight children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
