Bio

Joyce Vializ is the Program Manager for IPS Learning Institute; she manages social media engagements, plans program objectives, and assesses the impact of the program. She oversees IPS Learning Institute courses and events ensuring proper communication between students and instructors. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Health Administration, and Project Management. She has previously worked in the healthcare arena for 20 years in various positions, as a Fitness Trainer, Instructor, Project Specialist, and Health Care Researcher. She is currently also working as a contractor math teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools. Mrs. Vializ is very excited to return to the healthcare arena because this is her passion. She is a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother of four adorable grandchildren.
