I serve as a strategic legal advisor and outside general counsel and litigator to established and emerging companies across industries, including:

▪️sports and entertainment venues,
▪️professional sports teams,
▪️fashion and retail companies,
▪️television and film producers,
▪️Over the Top (“OTT”) media service providers, and
▪️investment funds, family offices and angel investors.

I have negotiated significant domestic and international transactions across industries, including representation of:

▪️a private equity consortium bidding on the multi-billion billion-dollar acquisition of the Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®), one of the largest transactions in history for a sports organization;

▪️a publicly-traded biotech company in a licensing, commercialization and supply deal covering a pipeline of biosimilar drugs in development in the United States and Europe; and

▪️a multinational pharmaceutical company in connection with a major U.S. land acquisition and development project.

I have successfully represented companies in litigation throughout the United States in state and federal courts.

I clerked for the Honorable Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. I am a proud alumnus of the University of Michigan and an active supporter of its Life Sciences Institute and LSA Opportunity Hub.
