Justin is our Chief Talent Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the HR and Talent Acquisition world. He has immersed himself in every aspect of human resources, from the talent life cycle, managing internal recruitment teams, career development, employee engagement, succession planning and more. Justin is all about dismantling the traditional approaches to managing talent and workforces. He knows that you need to implement initiatives catering to developing future generations of leadership through transparency and communication, a powerful employee value proposition (EVP), and diversity and inclusion (D&I). He holds tight to his values of work-life balance, encouraging leaders to develop their own leadership styles, providing opportunities for career development, and empowering individuals by helping them find their highest potential.
