Commercial Real Estate professional based out of Miami (Coral Gables) specializing in Retail Landlord and Tenant Rep services with select “Medtail” Tenant rep clients. Moved to Miami from Atlanta in 2017 to head up Franklin St’s expansion into the South Florida market for our Retail LL/TR Services line of business.
Prior to moving to Miami, I was head of the Franklin St Atlanta office Retail Landlord Rep division with a portfolio of more than 3 million SF/+40 properties primarily in Georgia along with select client's centers in Alabama, Tennessee, and the Carolina's.
I’ve had the privilege of representing some of the largest REIT/institutional owners including Site Centers (Formerly DDR), TransformCo, Kimco, Westwood Financial, and Sandor Development along with local/regional developers in maximizing the value of their retail/mixed use developments.
On the tenant rep side, I represent national/regional clients that are typically new to market with aggressive South Florida expansion/rollout plans such as one of the fastest growing Medical/Primary Care Providers in the nation, Sanitas Medical Centers, executing over 20 new/relos totaling over 250,000 SF in less than an 18 month time period. Similar to Sanitas Medical Centers, I helped create and now implement Thrive Vet’s expansion/aggressive rollout strategy into the South Florida market with a 1st year goal of 12 locations signed/opened in 2021. Additional clients I represent include TruFusion, West Marine, Hammer & Nails, and Brusters.
Passionate about all things relating to Commercial Real Estate!!
