🔘My name is Dr. Ikeranda pronounced [i-kuh-ran-duh] but you can call me “Dr. Ike”. I am a compassionate Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals heal unapologetically in a safe care-centered space. The work I do is rooted in tenderness coupled with a sincere enthusiasm to help others achieve inter-generational freedom.

I value the work that I do and the people that I support so my integrity serves as my foundation. I operate from various theories that allow me to help others heal in a judgment free space deeply rooted in tolerance and respect.

The work that I do is paramount to the person you see. I believe in “doing the work”. Consistently acknowledging the intersections of my inter-generational trauma while dismantling the damaging constructs my family of origin were born into that perpetuate the effects of trauma passed down via epigenetic inheritance. While healing my inner child has been instrumental to me living more authentically; a learning self-destructive behaviors that reinforce socialized racism has unequivocally change my life, marriage and perspective. We don’t get to choose our family of origin, but we did get to decide how we overcome our experiences with them.
