I am passionate about making a difference in others’ lives through the power of yoga and therapy whether it be massage, crystals and more. I want to make a positive change in the world and help others regain their power through self-exploration.

I have many years’ experience in counselling, yoga, massage and have worked in the medical sector supporting and caring for others. My passion mainly is in empowering others to shift their mindsets so that they realise that they are truly the creators of their lives!
