Hi! I’m Ju Stabille!

I’m the founder of STABILLE FITNESS and STABILLE FITWEAR.
I started my fitness journey when I was diagnosed with depression and lupus in 2012. I started looking for something to cope with all the stress and depression. Finding fitness was the perfect outlet for me since it helped me be better, healthier, happier and lupus free. I’m here to help you achieve ultimate happiness and transform yourself into the best version of yourself. It’s important to have a good relationship with exercise and nutrition in order to develop good sustainable habits which will last a lifetime.
My main goal is to inspire and help people all over the globe learn to love this lifestyle, have a good relationship with training and sports.
