President of the African American History Museum in Connecticut a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to educate and to preserve history. As a former African American Police Officer I believe the museum can find solutions in educating law enforcement community’s in stopping the violence directed at black and brown people. The program “The Badge Underneath The Robe”.
The program points out to law enforcement establishments how they are perceived by black and brown people when their civil rights or lives are taken.
Starbucks Coffee motivated and inspired the African American History Museum for me to use my 4000 pieces of African American artifacts to show how “Jim Crow” has passed the torch to his grandson , “James Crow, Esq. when I was denied a public bathroom while on duty at Starbucks in New Haven, Ct. on 10/19/13.
